Taiwan extends final ruling date of AD case on electrical steel from South Korea & China

15 Jul 2026 15:16 reported by Joy Liu

Taiwan's Ministry of Finance extended the deadline to complete its anti-dumping (AD) investigation on cold-rolled, flat-rolled non-oriented electrical steel products from South Korea and China.

China Steel Corporation (CSC) initiated this case, requesting regular, provisional, and retroactive AD duties. The ministry delayed the final dumping determination date to August 31, 2026, to allow more time for the investigation.

The authority based this decision on Articles 14 and 18 of the Regulations on the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties.
