South Korea’s Ministry of Economy and Finance has initiated a second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on China’s presensitized aluminum plates for offset printing, following a formal request filed by the domestic manufacturer Jeil CNP Co., Ltd.

The investigation period covers from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, and the period for evaluating industrial damage is from January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2025.

This trade dispute began in September 2016, leading to initial duties in September 2017. Following a first review in 2020, authorities set duty rates between 8.78% and 10.32%, effective in May 2021 for five years.

The products involved are under HS code 3701.30.9100.
