Shandong Iron & Steel has successfully completed the trial rolling of J150A2 gantry channel steel on its special-shaped steel production line, with all quality indicators meeting requirements and mass production conditions achieved.

Developed in response to a strategic customer's needs, the product is designed for construction machinery applications. The project team optimized rolling processes, pass design, and temperature control parameters to overcome challenges in dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.

Testing confirmed that the product meets customer requirements for dimensional precision, mechanical properties, and surface quality, achieving success on the first trial. 

This development further expands the company's portfolio of special-shaped steel products and strengthens its competitiveness in the sector while demonstrating its capability to deliver customized solutions quickly in response to market demand.
