Rio Tinto will exclusively market aluminum billet made at RevoCast's Langley, British Columbia, casting facility across North America under a long-term agreement. The products combine Rio Tinto's low-carbon primary aluminium with recycled aluminium processed by RevoCast.

Matt Schicke, Rio Tinto Vice President, Aluminium Sales and Marketing, said the partnership provides North American manufacturers with a reliable supply of high-quality billet produced closer to their operations.

The Langley plant, which began operations in August 2026, has the capacity to manufacture over 80,000 tons annually of 6xxx-series aluminum billets used for extrusion in construction, transportation, industrial products, and consumer goods.
