Pakistan initiates second AD sunset review on China’s cold-rolled coils and sheets

On January 10, 2026, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan announced the launch of the second sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) duties on cold-rolled coils and sheets from China, following an application filed by Aisha Steel Mills Limited and International Steel Limited. The review period covers transactions from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2025.

The investigation targets prime and secondary unclad and uncoated cold-rolled iron or non-alloy steel products with a thickness between 0.15 mm and 3.00 mm and a width up to 1250 mm, in coils or sheets, excluding specific automotive outer skin grades and Tin Mill Black Plate.

These subject goods are under HS codes 7209.1510, 7209.1590, 7209.1610, 7209.1690, 7209.1710, 7209.1790, 7209.1810, 7209.1899, 7209.2510, 7209.2590, 7209.2610, 7209.2690, 7209.2710, 7209.2790, 7209.2810, and 7209.2890.

The current AD duties stay in place during the reviews, with a final determination expected within 12 months.
