Mexico launches second AD sunset review on carbon steel pipes from US, India

Mexico’s Ministry of Economy (SE) initiated a second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on carbon steel pipes with straight and helical longitudinal seams imported from the US and India, following a petition submitted by Tubacero, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Tubacero).

The investigation targets products with an outside diameter exceeding 16 inches (406.4 millimeters), specifically items classified under tariff codes 7305.11.02, 7305.12.91, and 7305.19.99 of the TIGIE.

The SE determined that the dumping examination period runs from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, and the injury analysis period covers from March 1, 2021, to February 28, 2026.
