Mexico ends AD duties on China’s wind towers

13 Oct 2025 15:44 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
Mexico's Ministry of Economy (SE) announced on October 3, 2025, the termination of anti-dumping (AD) duties on wind towers originating in China, effective October 6, 2025.

The cancellation was due to the lack of a sunset review application from Mexican domestic producers. The products involved are under the tariff code 8502.31.01 of the TIGIE.

Mexico initially launched an AD investigation on China’s wind towers on April 16, 2019, and made a final affirmative determination on October 5, 2020, to impose a 21% AD duty on the subject products.
