On September 15, 2025, Turkey’s Marmara Siegener Galvaniz inaugurated its fourth factory, a 500 million Turkish Lira investment in the Ali Kahya Organized Industrial Zone in İzmit. The facility is Turkey’s first fully automatic hot-dip galvanizing plant.

The new facility will enhance the country's technological capabilities in galvanizing. Company executives said that the investment is a strategic step to increase production capacity, support the regional economy, and expand services for customers.
