Maharashtra Seamless Limited (MSL) has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary named United Seamless Limited to broaden its industrial and energy footprint.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the certificate of incorporation on May 16, 2026. This newly formed Indian entity will focus its operations on manufacturing diverse pipe products, conducting offshore oil exploration, and producing electricity.

The setup involved an authorized share capital of Rs 500,000, which consists of 100,000 equity shares valued at Rs 5 each. MSL fully subscribed to the entire paid-up capital through a cash payment.

This corporate action is in line with MSL's strategy to diversify its business portfolio and expand its presence throughout the seamless pipes and power generation industries.
