Kloeckner Metals Corporation (KMC), a subsidiary of Klöckner & Co, has acquired Camalloy, a non-ferrous service center based in Washington, Pennsylvania.

This 35,000-square-foot facility specializes in stainless steel and aluminum, providing shearing and PVC application services. By integrating this site, Kloeckner obtains a centrally located platform to serve industrial hubs across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest, including Cleveland, Philadelphia, and Cincinnati.

The acquisition adds established expertise in non-ferrous transactions and shortened lead times to Kloeckner’s North American supply chain.

Kloeckner CEO John Ganem said that the deal improves service speed and supply dependability for regional customers. The Pennsylvania site supports a broad area encompassing states from New York to Kentucky, strengthening Kloeckner’s overall regional coverage and processing capabilities.
