The Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI) has issued a final affirmative ruling on hot-rolled coils (HRC) of iron or non-alloy steel produced by China’s Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Limited (WISCO). It recommended a five-year anti-dumping (AD) duty of either 4.87% or US$28.06/ton to WISCO's relevant exporters.

Indonesia launched the investigation on September 1, 2025, and issued a preliminary affirmative ruling on January 13, 2026, recommending a temporary duty of 17.55% or US$95.02/ton.

On May 22, 2026, Indonesia’s Finance Ministry imposed a 17.5% temporary AD duty on HRC produced by WISCO for six months.
