The Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI) initiated an interim review concerning flat rolled iron or non-alloy steel products plated or coated with tin (tinplate) from China, responding to a formal petition filed by the domestic producer PT Pelat Timah Nusantara, Tbk. (PT Latinusa, Tbk.).

The proceeding will evaluate potential adjustments to existing anti-dumping (AD) duties applicable to Chinese products under tax codes 7210.12.10 and 7210.12.90.

Initial duties ranging from 6.1% to 7.4% were established in January 2014 following an original investigation launched in June 2012. Authorities subsequently extended the taxation measures through two successive sunset reviews concluded in December 2018 and October 2024.
