The Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has released its final disclosure regarding the sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) measures on aluminum strips from China and Azerbaijan.

The authority determined that removing existing AD duties would likely lead to a recurrence of dumping and continued material injury to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)'s domestic industries. Therefore, the commission recommends maintaining current tax rates for an additional five years.

Under this proposal, Chinese products face a 13.14% duty, while imports from Azerbaijan are subject to a 16.18% rate. The affected products are under EAEU tariff codes 7606 11 910 0, 7606 12 200 3, 7606 12 200 8, 7606 12 920 3, and 7606 12 920 8.
