A A A
On September 26, 2025, the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) issued its final anti-dumping (AD) determination on graphite electrodes from China, ruling that dumping exists and caused material injury to the Eurasian Economic Union's (EAEU) industry. It recommended imposing AD duties for five years, with rates ranging from 20.08% to 22.51%.

The products involved are furnace-use graphite electrodes with a diameter greater than 520 mm but not more than 650 mm and a cross-sectional area between 2,700 cm² and 3,300 cm². These products are classified under EAEU tariff code 8545110020.
