Delavan, a leader in precision spray solutions, has acquired United States Controls (USC), a specialist in precision roll cooling systems for the steel and aluminum industries.

The acquisition combines Delavan's expertise in advanced spray nozzle design and fluid delivery with USC's deep application knowledge and system integration capabilities in rolling mill environments, creating a powerful synergy that enhances their ability to provide complete, integrated spray systems.

USC brings decades of experience designing and implementing precision cooling systems that optimize roll life, improve product quality, and enhance process efficiency. These capabilities, when paired with Delavan's industry-leading nozzle technologies, will deliver greater value to customers worldwide.

USC will continue to serve its existing customers as normal while benefiting from the broader resources and global reach of Delavan and its parent company, RW Beckett Corporation.
