The Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science approved recommendations to continue anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on precision pipe and tube steel from China and South Korea, effective September 29, 2026, per Anti-Dumping Commission Notice No. 2026/097.

Chinese exporter Dalian Steelforce Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. faces a 29.0% AD duty and 0% CVD rate, whereas Yantai Aoxin International Trade Co., Ltd. receives a 43.4% AD rate and 0% CVD rate. Other uncooperative Chinese entities get a 15.6% AD rate and a 72.3% CVD rate, excluding Dalian Steelforce Hi-Tech and Yantai Aoxin International Trade. South Korean exporters carry a 21.4% AD duty.

Affected products fall under HS codes 7306.30.00.30, 7306.50.00.45, and 7306.61.00.21.
