China adjusts AD duty rates on alloy steel seamless pipe imports from EU & US

The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM) announced that it decided to adjust the anti-dumping duty rates on the imports of certain alloy steel seamless tubes and pipes for high temperature and pressure from the US and the EU based on the application filed by the domestic related manufacturers.

Since June 14th, the new anti-dumping duty rate for the US’ Wyman-Gordon Forgings, Inc. was set at 101.0%, and other US’ companies were subject to 147.8%. The rate for the EU’s Vallourec Deutschland GmbH and Vallourec Tubes France was at 57.9%, and other EU companies received 60.8%.

The products involved were under the HS codes 73045110, 73045190, 73045510 and 73045990 in the Tariff Schedule of the People's Republic of China for Imports and Exports.
