MOFCOM adjusts AD rate for seamless steel pipes from US & EU

The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM) decided to adjust the anti-dumping tax rate applicable to seamless steel pipes from the US on June 14th based on the result of the investigation.

Since June 14th, alloy steel seamless steel pipes from the US and the EU needed to be imposed the anti-dumping duties ranging from 57.9-147.8%.
