Colombia not to impose AD duty on carbon steel welded pipes from China

The Colombia Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism released on April 5th that the imported carbon steel welded pipe with outside diameter less than or equal to 16 inches from China was determined not to be imposed anti-dumping duties.

The products involved were under Colombian customs codes 7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.92.00, 7306.30.99.00, 7306.50.00.00, 7306.61.00.00, 7306.69.00.00 and 7306.90.00.00.

The resolution came into force on the date of promulgation.
