China’s stainless crude steel production up in first three quarters

According to Stainless Steel Council of China special steel enterprises association released the latest statistics, in the first the quarters, China’s stainless crude steel output reached 18.083 million tons this year, an increase of 11.43% year on year, to 1.8546 million tons.

Among them, Cr-Ni steels (300 series) was 9.1579 million tons, an increase of 9.03% year on year, to 758,800 tons; Cr steel (400 series) was 3.4869 million tons, an increase of 50.64% year on year, to 396,300 tons,; Cr-Mn steel (200-series, including the parts does not meet the national standard of product) was 5.3805 million tons, an increase of 14.07% year on year, to 663,700 tons.
