On April 17, 2025, the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) made its final determination on the first sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on imports of hot-deformed seamless pipes from China. It found that the revocation of the existing AD duty would lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to the industry. Therefore, the EEC suggested to keep a 15.5% AD duty on the subject products, effective for five years.

The subject products are hot-deformed seamless pipes of circular cross-section made of corrosion-resistant steel with an outer diameter not exceeding 650mm. The HS codes for the products involved are 7304491000, 7304499301, 7304499309, 7304499501, 7304499509, and 7304499900.

The interested parties should submit their opinions by May 5, 2025.
