The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) declared the results of the anti-dumping (AD) review investigation into cold-formed stainless steel seamless pipes imported from China and Malaysia.

The EEC plans to maintain the current measures on these metal products for another five years. Previously, the measures were valid until March 5, 2024.

In addition, the EEC indicated the AD margin was 29.39% and recommended an increase in the current 19.15% AD duty rate.

The measure covers customs codes 7304 41 000 5 and 7304 41 000 8.
