According to the preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily determined that sales of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Taiwan have been made at less than normal value during the period of review, July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.

Therefore, the weighted-average dumping margins were assigned from 4.3% to 21.1% to Taiwan's exporters and producers of subject goods. The measure was effective from April 6, 2023.
