Brazil Gerdau Group is going to take over Peru steel company Siderperu at end of September. The purpose of the company to invest in Peru is the normal development for the company. So far Gerdau Group owns a 51 percent share and Siderperu company own a 49 percent share of the whole shareholding. As well as this new development will help the country economic growth and steel expenditure in Peru. (Sep. 7)
