South Korean stainless CRC output rises by 6% m-o-m in March
According to the data from the Korea Iron and Steel Association (KOSA), South Korea’s production of stainless cold rolled coil (CRC) totaled 108,500 tons in March, rising by 6% from a month earlier.
In March, the country’s exports of stainless CRC totaled 44,100 tons, up by 8% month on month.
Posco, the largest steelmaker in South Korea predicted that the country’s domestic stainless CRC market would rebound during May and June along with the improved demand from construction industry.
