Reportedly, the rebar prices kept increasing in Taiwanese market last week, driven by the shortage and increased electricity charges.

It’s known that most rebar mills in Taiwan hiked the rebar prices by NT$300/ton to NT$20,600~NT$20,700/ton last week.

Industry sources believe that the rebar prices may continue to rise further by NT$200/ton to hit NT$20,800~NT$20,900/ton this week.
