Tang Eng, one of the major stainless steel flat products producers in Taiwan expected that its shipping volumes in February would be at 20,000 tons, up by 50% from a month earlier, driven by longer working days in February and some delayed shipments from January.

It’s known that Tang Eng cut the March list price of 300 series stainless steel products by NT$2,000/ton and decreased its export prices by US$15~US$30/ton, in order to maintain its competiveness.
