As the business in Taiwan has greatly matured in these years, we are planning to establish the Shanghai Headquarter.
In addition to this, Shanghai Municipal Government has adopted incentive policies to encourage foreign company headquartering in Shanghai, for example the fixed assets investment is dropped from 30 million to 10 million;
Shanghai has a wider space and more opportunities for further development.
So great efforts are being made to carrying out this plan now.

A:
The basic rule of choosing employees is that the person should be smart, have great passion and sense of business.
