Tisco cuts HR steel, medium heavy plate prices for September
|
The Chinese steel giant Taiyuan Iron & Steel Group (Tisco) announced to cut the prices for hot rolled (HR) steel and heavy plates by RMB300/ton for September.
After the adjustment, its September ex-factory prices for Q235 HR steel with thickness of 2.75mm are at RMB3,180/ton and that for thickness of 5.5mm is at RMB3,160/ton.
Meanwhile, the September ex-factory prices for Q235 medium heavy plates with thickness of 14mm~20mm are at RMB3,200/ton.
However, Tisco remained the prices of cold rolled silicon steel sheets unchanged for September.
