ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe to sell construction steel business

It’s reported that ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe has reached an agreement with Kinspan Group to sell its high-grade construction steel business. It’s said that the transaction will be completed within the following weeks.
Last October, ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe decided to split its high-grade construction steel business in order to enhance its competiveness and sales incomes.
Kingspan expected that the acquisition of ThyssenKrupp’s contraction business will help to strengthen its position in European market.
