Olympic Steel posts financial results for Q2 & H1
|
Reportedly, Olympic Steel has just announced a net profit of US$4.5 million and 10.8-million respectively for the second quarter and the first half of this year.
It said the company’s net sales increased by 22.9% to US$367.4 million for the second quarter, while the number for the first half of 2012 surged by 26.3% to US$749.4 million, both on year-over-year basis.
Nevertheless, numbers show that the company’s net profit for the second quarter the first half were down from one year before.
