US H1 scrap average prices continue rising

The average prices of the US’s H1 scrap in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Philadelphia were at US$360.83/long ton on August 6th, 2012, rising by US$46.66/long ton from a week earlier.
Also, the H1 scrap average prices have increased for consecutive four weeks.
Among them, the average H1 scrap prices in Pittsburgh were at US$359.5/long ton, increasing by US$60/ton; that in Chicago was at US$384.5/long ton, rising by US$75/long ton and that in Philadelphia was at US$338.5/long ton, up by US$5/long ton, all compared to that in a week ago.
In the given period of time, the average H1 scrap in New York, Boston, and Houston were at US$317.5/long ton, soaring by US$33.33/ton from a week earlier.
