US H1 scrap average prices rise
|
The average prices of the US’s H1 scrap in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Philadelphia were at US$314.17/long ton on July 30th, 2012, rising by US$1.67/long ton from a week earlier.
Among them, the average H1 scrap prices in Pittsburgh were at US$299.5/long ton, remaining flat; that in Chicago was at US$309.5/long ton, rising by US$5/long ton and that in Philadelphia was at US$333.5/long ton, keeping unchanged, all compared to that in a week ago.
In the given period of time, the average H1 scrap in New York, Boston, and Houston were at US$248.17/long ton, remaining unchanged from the previous week.
