Quintain Steel keeps August wire rod prices flat

Reportedly, Quintain Steel, one of the major wire rod producers in Taiwan announced to keep its list prices for wire rod products unchanged for August.
Quintain Steel stated that it decided to remain the August list prices unchanged in response to China Steel Corp. (CSC)’s unchanged price policy for electric furnace (EF) Al-killed wire rod for August.
After the price announcement, its latest prices of Al-killed wire rod are at NT$25,500/ton; that of killed wire rod is at NT$23,500/ton and that of rimmed wire rod is at NT$24,500/ton.
Meanwhile, Yieh Hsing, the major rival of Quintain Steel in Taiwan is going to release its August price policy on July 31st and it’s predicted that the firm will also keep its wire rod prices unchanged.
