Taiwanese steel pipe producers cut August prices
|
It’s reported that the steel pipe makers in Taiwan announced to cut the August list prices by NT$500~NT$600/ton last week in response to Chung Hung Steel’s price cut.
It’s learned that some steel pipe producers in Taiwan have already used the new prices to receive orders this week.
However, industry insiders said that the steel pipe makers’ received order volumes may not increase obviously even they cut prices ahead of the schedule, as buyers were expecting for lower prices.
