US rules AD measures on stainless bars from 4 countries
|
It's reported that the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced on July 17, 2012 to make the final affirmative ruling on the rapid sunset review of anti-dumping against stainless steel bars originating in Brazil, India, Japan and Spain, and would continue the anti-dumping measures to the product concerned.
The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) triggered the investigation on January 7th, 1994, and made the final ruling on December 28th, 1994 and carried out the 3rd anti-dumping sunset review from December 1, 2011.
The customs codes of the products involved are 7222.10.0005, 7222.10.0050, 7222.20.0005, 7222.20.0045, 7222.20.0075, 7222.30.0000.
