US H1 scrap average prices increase slightly
|
The average prices of the US’s H1 scrap in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Philadelphia were at US$305.83/long ton on July 16th, 2012, rising slightly by US$1.66/long ton from a week earlier.
Among them, the average H1 scrap prices in Pittsburgh were at US$299.5/long ton, remaining flat; that in Chicago was at US$304.5/long ton, rising by US$5/long ton and that in Philadelphia was at US$313.5/long ton, keeping flat, all compared to that in a week ago.
In the given period of time, the average H1 scrap in New York, Boston, and Houston were at US$300.83/long ton, remaining flat from a week ago.
