US’s aluminum shipments decline by 4% y-o-y in June
|
According to statistics released by the Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI), the US Service Center shipped 128,900 tons of aluminum products in June, falling by 4% year on year.
In the first six months of this year, the US Service Center’s aluminum product shipments totaled 793,100 tons, increasing by 3.9% in comparison of that in the same period of a year earlier.
At the end of June, the inventory of aluminum products in the US Service Center totaled 376,900 tons, rising by 7.3% year on year while decreasing by 2.3% from a month ago.
