Taiwan’s screw exports slide in June
|
According to statistics, Taiwan’s screw exports totaled 114,113 tons in June, falling by 6.4% year on year and decreasing by 9.18% from a month earlier.
Also, the average export prices of screw were at US$2.716/kg, down slightly from May and declining by 3.71% year on year.
In June, the export values generated by screws amounted to US$309.880 million, reducing by 9.8% year on year, the lowest figure since this year.
In the first half of this year, Taiwan exported 694,225 tons of screws, decreasing by 2.26% in comparison of that in the same period of the previous year.
In the given period of time, the country’s export values generated by screws amounted to US$1.92071 billion, down by 0.71% year on year. The average export prices were at US$2.766/ton, up by 1.58% year on year.
