US DOC starts AD, CVD review on pipe and tube, OCTG and stainless steel plates

Reportedly, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced to begin the administrative antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) review on pipe and tube, oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and stainless steel plates from certain companies.
The Taiwanese exporters of the circular welded carbon steel pipe and tubes involved in this case include Chung Hung Steel andKao Hsiung Chang, the Turkish exporters are Borusan Group and affiliated companies; Yucel Group and affiliated companies; Toscelik Profil ye Sac Endustrial A.S. (including Toscelik Metal Ticaret A.S. and Tosyali Dis Ticaret A.S.); and Erobosan Erciyas Born Sanayi ye Ticaret A.S.
Meanwhile, the Belgium’s exporter of stainless steel plates involve in this case is Aperam Stainless Belgium.
For the OCTG, more than 200 companies from China get involved in this case.
The review period will be from May 1st, 2011 through April 30th, 2012.
