China Steel Corp. (CSC), the major blast furnace mill in Taiwan has announced its June sales revenue was at NT$17.518 billion, decreasing by 12.8% from a month earlier.
CSC stated that the raining season in June caused the less shipment.
In June, CSC’s sales volumes totaled 735,800 tons, decreasing by 10.4% in comparison of 820,900 tons in May.
For the prospect, CSC estimated that received order volumes from domestic and overseas markets might be lower than the target in July and August since the firm planned to have an annual maintenance in July.
