AK Steel terminates US$310 million cogeneration plant plan
|
Ohio-based AK Steel and Air Products and Chemicals jointly announced to terminate the plans for the US$310 million cogeneration plant at its Middletown mill.
It’s known that the facility is originally design to capture waste gas from AK Steel’s blast furnace and then convert it into steam and electricity.
