Yieh Hsing’s sales revenues fall by 12.4% m-o-m in June
|
Yieh Hsing, one of the major stainless and carbon steel wire producers in Taiwan announced its sales revenue in June totaled NT$739 million, decreasing by 12.4% month on month and falling by 7.54% year on year.
The weak demand in stainless steel market caused its June sales drop, according to Yieh Hsing.
In the second quarter of this year, the firm’s sales revenues amounted to NT$2.311 billion, soaring by 10.47% from a quarter earlier.
However, the company may face financial loss in the second quarter due to weak nickel prices and lower market demand.
