Taiwanese Feng Hsin cuts rebar prices for this week

Reportedly, Feng Hsin, one of the major steel long product makers in Taiwan has decided to cut the rebar list prices by NT$200/ton to NT$19,600/ton for this week.
Also, the firm decided to reduce the scrap purchase prices by NT$200/ton to NT$11,700~NT$12,500/ton averagely. However, it remained the H beam list prices unchanged at NT$21,600~NT$21,800/ton.
Dealers indicated that Feng Hsin decided to cut the rebar prices in response to weak demand.
