Canada starts final AD/CVD investigation on OCTG from China

It’s reported that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has started the final antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CVD) investigation on the imports of seamless carbon or alloy steel oil and gas well casing from China.
The Canada Border Service Agency will determine if there is a resumed or continued dumping and subsidizing on October 25th, 2012.
Meanwhile,. CITT will decide whether the dumping and subsidizing will result in injury to local industry on March 11st, 2013 in the event of positive determination.
