French Descours & Cabaud owns majority shares of BMG Metals Inc.

According to media report, Descours & Cabaud Inc, the French leader in the commercialization of supplies to industry and construction, made it public that it has possessed a controlling interest in BMG Metals Inc., an US based steel service center founded in 1963 for processing and distributing carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products from facilities in Virginia, US.
Descours & Cabaud is a French family group distribution professional and the group released a turnover of €2.65 billion for 2010 and employs 11,500 employees in nine countries.
