Chinese steelmakers intend to take over ThyssenKrupp CSA

It’s reported that the Chinese steelmakers are mulling to take over ThyssenKrupp CSA, Brazil.
Industry sources indicated that the two largest steel producers in China, Hebei Iron & Steel and Baosteel have expressed high interest to acquire ThyssenKrupp CSA.
However, it may take long time to complete the merger.
It’s known that ThyssenKrupp is considering selling its plants in Brazil and Alabama in the US in order to avoid the loss.
