Taiwanese steel pipe makers may cut prices for July

It’s reported that the Taiwanese steel pipe producers may cut the list prices by NT$500/ton for July in response to Chung Hung Steel’s price policy.
Chung Hung Steel, one of the upstream raw material suppliers to steel pipe makers in Taiwan is going to release its list prices for July on June 26th and market participants predicted that the firm may reduce its list prices of hot rolled (HR) steel products by NT$500~NT$800/ton.
Meanwhile, it’s known that some steel pipe makers in Taiwan have already cut the prices to gain order in June.
