Taiwan’s exports of welded steel pipes fall by 6% m-o-m in May

According to statistics released by Taiwan’s customs, Taiwan exported 9,159 tons of welded steel pipes in May, falling by 6% from 9,723 tons in April.
In May, Thailand was the largest importer of the Taiwanese welded steel pipes with 1,504 tons; China was the second largest one with 1,263 tons; Singapore was the third largest one with 1,262 tons; Vietnam was the fourth largest one with 1,098 tons and the US was the fifth largest one with 1,053 tons.
Meanwhile, the country’s imports of welded steel pipes totaled 2,696 tons in May, surging by 52% in comparison of 1,769 tons in a month earlier.
