BMZ commissions Danieli to build new long steel mill

Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ), one of the world leading iron and steel enterprises has commissioned Italian Danieli to build a new long steel mill in 2014.
The designed annual production of the new mill is expected to reach between 700,000 tons and 1 million tons.
The new project will be able to produce bars with diameters of 20mm~85mm and rebar with sizes of 6mm~14mm.
Meanwhile, BMZ's steel smelting shop has already accelerated to the record top volume to 164,075 tons in May.
